Recommended props
Props are a great addition to an exercise/ workout by adding assistance or challenge.
You can purchase one or more if interested, but owning these products is not a prerequisite to take virtual classes with me.
Disclaimer: The following are affiliate links, but I am selective in the products I use with my clients and myself. I recommend quality brands reputable in my industry, which may have a higher up front cost, but also longevity and durability.
Moderate density foam roller
High density foam roller- I prefer starting new clients on the moderate density foam roller, but leave the choice to the client. The high density foam roller is popular among clients that like a little more intensity.
Mat(option 1)
Mat(option 2)- I've owned the same two mats from Manduka(pro and lite) for seven years, and am impressed with the quality. I initially chose Manduka for the eco and non toxic aspects of the material. They do have a terrible smell when purchased, but the smell dissipates after a week or so. I left mine in the garage for about a week.
